At Brainbox Notion, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products and professional services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase.


Digital Products (Courses & Materials)

All our courses and digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds after purchase.


Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product
  • You did not receive access after successful payment
  • There is a technical issue from our side that prevents access

If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.


Services (Project Management, Design & Quantity Surveying)

For our professional services, refund terms depend on the stage of the project:

  • Before work begins: Eligible for a partial or full refund
  • After work has started: Refunds are not guaranteed and will depend on the work completed
  • After project delivery: No refunds

Specific terms may also be outlined in individual service agreements.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank

If the issue persists, please contact us.
